Our Programs

At Galoop, we offer a range of programs tailored to the needs of our families.  From morning, mid-day, and afternoon programs to workshops and consultations, we are here to help you and your little ones achieve full potential

Mornings

Galoop’s Morning Program is designed for young children ages 9m to 3.5 years and their loving caregivers. Due to the pandemic, Galoop has modified its offerings to prioritize the safety of our families. Expect a fantastic outdoor morning program with an age-appropriate weekly themed curriculum, along with bilingual Spanish/English circle time with Cecilia. Our main goal is to offer quality programming, routine, community, and socialization for both young children and their loving caregivers!

Mid-Day

BABY SPOT is back!  Our popular program Baby Spot is reopening its doors on April 26 in our safe and wonderful outdoor space. Baby Spot is designed for babies under 15 months. Meet other caregivers, form friendships and community, enjoy a cup of coffee, and let your babies enjoy a Spanish/English bilingual circle time and explore our wonderful age appropriate activities. Parenting advice and daily topics of discussion every day!

Afternoons

Our afternoons offer enrichment programs for children under the age of 8 accompanied by a caregiver (unless otherwise noted). In-person, outdoor classes start the week of April 26th! Offerings include dance (ages 2-5), music (ages 1-5), and STEM (ages 3-6).

Summer Camp

Our fun-filled summer camp 2021 is designed for kids aged 9 months to 5 years accompanied by a caregiver. It will be help outside at Galoop’s wonderful outdoor space. We’ll explore four different themes, one each week: Exploring Nature; Dinosaurs; Under the Sea; and Outer Space. Come ready to dig for fossils, learn about insects, and enjoy water fun!

Consultations

Our director, Cecilia Matson, offers individual parenting consultations for child development and behavior topics, including: positive discipline, behavior concerns (such as tantrums, aggressive behaviors, not listening, back talk), separation issues, new sibling arrival, sibling rivalry, potty training, feeding, picky eating, breast/formula transition, sleeping and napping.

Workshops

Several times per year our director, Cecilia Matson, offers workshops for parents, teachers, and caregivers.  Her workshops are informative, relaxed, and interactive – and there is always plenty of time for Q&A to address individualized concerns.
