At Galoop, we offer a range of programs tailored to the needs of our families. From morning, mid-day, and afternoon programs to workshops and consultations, we are here to help you and your little ones achieve full potential
Our morning program is designed for children aged 6 months to 3.5 years accompanied by a caregiver. Think of it as a “mini school” for tots!
The emphasis is on learning through play and free exploration. Children are offered independence and agency with the opportunity to choose which of the many stations to engage in that day: blocks and building, play kitchen, reading, dress up, and so much more. And every morning we offer sensory table play, arts and crafts, song and story circletime, and outdoor play at our exploratory playground.
Our NEW mid-day program is designed for babies and toddlers under two. Open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:30-2:30 — perfect timing if your child still takes a morning nap . Arrive/leave as best fits your child’s schedule; no more rushing to a 45 min class!
Meet other caregivers, form friendships and community, enjoy a cup of tea/coffee, relax, and let your babies and toddlers explore our wonderful play space. Programming includes age appropriate art and sensory exploration; a circle time with songs, props, parachute play, and story; and weekly discussion topics for caregivers lead by an expert.
Our afternoons offer enrichment programs for children under the age of 6 accompanied by a caregiver (unless otherwise noted). Current offerings: Introduction to PIANO and MUSIC on Mondays. FRENCH and TODDLER THEATER on Tuesdays. SPANISH on Wednesdays. ART&PLAY on Fridays. Stayed tuned for more to come!
Our director, Cecilia Matson, offers individual parenting consultations for child development and behavior topics, including: positive discipline, behavior concerns (such as tantrums, aggressive behaviors, not listening, back talk), separation issues, new sibling arrival, sibling rivalry, potty training, feeding, picky eating, breast/formula transition, sleeping and napping.
